All Sales Final on Original Art: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings and handmade pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items:Custom commissions, digital downloads, and sale items are non-refundable.
