Shipping Policy

Processing Time:  All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location. Customers pay shipping charges. We offer shipping within the United States and to international destinations where shipping is available at checkout. Available carriers and shipping options vary by product and destination.

Delivery Times: Standard US shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service and may be affected by customs processing. Made-to-order items may require additional production time; please check the product description for item-specific timing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen.

Packaging: Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Original paintings and resin art are wrapped with protective materials.

Lost or Damaged Items:  LucArtstudios  will work with the customers on lost and damaged packages in transit. Please contact us at   Lucuniquearts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
